Cheers for putting … Cheers for putting this film up mate,
if you want to see more films/music docs that focus primerily on late 70s early 80s youth subcultures in England then check out Alan Clarke’s “Made in Britain”, good performance by a young Tim Roth too……..it might just be your “cup of tea”!
Rude Boy was … Rude Boy was written and directed by Jack Hazan and David Mingay, and Don Letts was not in this film.
Anyway, I agree with you, Don Letts is a living legend! In 2007, he released “The Clash: Up Close and Personal”, a rockumentary about The Only Band That Matters!
Don Letts-what an … Don Letts-what an actual legend. My thanks to the person who put this on here. What a brilliants way to honour the work of one of britains greatest bands and one of britains greteast filmakers. By doing this you’ve allowed both groups work to live on itno the internet age, and also show young whipersnappers like me who weren’t old enough to appreciate the lashes music during joe strummers life time, let alone the clashes, to get a taste of late seventies london. Great job man-keep the faith
