Wow I haven’t seen …
Wow I haven’t seen him in a long time and my family lives right there in Allston, and my aunt used to save money for him in her store called Diskovery a book store. now I heard he died, that sucks, was a good guys, remember him since I was little always walking around lower Allston near Blanchards, and around there. RIP.

I remember running …
I remember running into him several times a week while I made my way to the green line. He hung around on Harvard, right by where I stayed. I recall donating a couple of dollars, giving him a slice from redneck’s, buy ing him a beer and drinking a beer with him . We just bullsh!tted about this and that. He was happy to have some one to talk to and so was I. He never begged for anything and he always remembered you. I just found out he passed away recently. Allston won’t be the same.

Wow, I hadn’t heard …
Wow, I hadn’t heard that Mr. Butch had passed on. I’m saddened and stunned. I went to BU from 1983 to 1985, so I hung with him reglarly in Kenmore Square. Makes me feel good that I bought him a 40 oz. when I went back to Boston for a visit a few years later.
