I forget to mention that I’ve my player connected directly to the PC, without Native’s external audio card, so you only need to have TRAKTOR software.

you can use the cdj200, however am I right in thinking the 200’s dont have vinyl mode on the jog wheels? if so you will struggle to get the best out of serato. better with cdj400/800/1000 or a midi controller, or turntables.

You have to have …
You have to have everything plugged in before you start up traktor, or it may not read it - Such as midi cables, audio interfaces, etc.. It reads all the info on startup, otherwise it could act a bit screwy, or it may just not even recognize any of it.

you can use any cd …
you can use any cd player or turntable with serato, numark cue, native instruments Traktor pro , mix vibes, and probably PCDJ. all you need is the control cd and the audio interface.
